Welcome to CLIFF Host, where exceptional hospitality is made personal. As a fresh offshoot of CLIFF – Ireland’s only hospitality group to earn a combined three Michelin stars – we want to bring our stellar experience to your table, no matter its size.

Our uniquely talented team is ready to think big and think differently, to get things done and done right.

Life’s best moments are marked by a special quality. It can be subtle, elusive even – and often unexpected – but you know it when you feel it.

We have made it our business to create those special moments and to make them so vivid that their magic lingers long after. Crucially, we have garnered the practical know-how to find solutions to whatever challenges each unique event entails. For us, that’s the fun of it. That’s the adventure.

If you want to conjure an experience that journeys beyond the ordinary, we want to work with you to deliver your dreams, no matter how ambitious or intimate. From iconic were-you-there moments to inner-circle gatherings, we are up for the challenge. We will create what you curate, make real what you imagine.

Our place or yours?

We happen to have a capsule collection of privately-owned venues and rendezvous at our disposal. CLIFF comprises three of the island’s most appealing properties, where surroundings and service conspire to create something truly unique. Each of these special sister venues offer something very different, from the coastal chic of Waterford’s five-star Cliff House Hotel to the city glamour in Cliff Townhouse overlooking St Stephen’s Green to an array of settings within the stunning country retreat of Cliff at Lyons.

Alternatively, if you have a venue in mind, we have the talent and experience to transform it. We have risen to many challenges, like building off-site kitchens in centuries-old distilleries to serve high-volume culinary experiences to the most exacting of standards. So, we know what we can do. After all, we do what we know.

If you’re looking for something more long term, let’s make a date to discuss how we can partner to cater to your specific needs. We have extensive experience of conceiving and delivering daily menus year-round for a prestigious south Dublin educational facility.
